Who we are:

Jim brings to Merlin his many years of experience in marketing and organization strategy / planning, combined with effective information systems design experience and successes. Jim founded and built a successful central Ohio transportation and logistics business, FST Logistics, in the 1990s, and he is currently President of the award-winning non-profit Furniture Bank of Central Ohio (since 2004). Jim enjoys investing his evening and weekend time in partnership with Mark to create websites of real value for small to mid-sized organizations.

Mark has been a respected member of a software engineering management team for more than 20 years, and by day he currently leads a global team of software architects and systems engineers. Mark has exceptional skills in complex systems analysis and design, as well as current methodogies and technologies for internet website design and development. Mark has created and maintained websites for a number of non-profit organizations in recent years, and has a demonstrated ability to translate a client’s needs into an effective tool that meets their needs now and well into the future.
